Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the service provider in question. This is a legally required data protection contract that guarantees that the service provider processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

In the context of customer communication, we collect personal data to process your enquiries in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR if you voluntarily provide us with this data when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Mandatory fields are labelled as such, as in these cases we absolutely need the data to process your contact. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. After your enquiry has been fully processed, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis for the processing of your data arises from pre-contractual measures that take place at your request. This is set out in Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b Alt. 1 GDPR and § 26 para. 1 sentence 1 BDSG. The required information is needed to assign and process your application, which corresponds to our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Recipients of your data
The data you submit will only be forwarded within our company to those employees who are involved in processing your application and making a decision regarding possible employment. This includes the HR department, other departments responsible for personnel administration and the head of the department for which you are applying. Deletion of your data and your rights

General information
